Your account comes equipped with a enquiry pipeline management tool, allowing you to manage your new clients from initial enquiry to full conversion in one easy place.
To use your pipeline management tool, log in to your account and select ‘Enquiries’ from your dashboard’s left-hand navigation, and click on the ‘Client pipeline’ tab.
Here you will find a series of columns, each named after a stage in the client’s conversion journey.
Your new and accepted enquiries will appear on the left, moving through columns such as ‘made first contact’ and ‘arranged a meeting’ to ‘converted to client’ on the righthand side.
To move clients to their relevant stage in your pipeline, simply drag and drop them into the correct column.
To view more details about the enquiry, add notes, send chat messages or schedule follow-up actions, click on the enquiry card.
