With your account you can pause your enquiries at any time if you’re away or at capacity.
To do this, select ‘Profiles’ from your dashboard’s left-hand navigation. Click ‘Actions’ and then ‘Manage profile’ from the dropdown.
On this page, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Basic information’ section and here you can select the date range you’d like to pause enquiries for.
You will continue to pay for your subscription during this period.
