With our in-platform messaging tool you can contact your new clients instantly and securely through your account.
To use this feature, click ‘Enquiries’ from your dashboard’s left-hand navigation. By selecting ‘Accepted enquiries’ you can see the enquiries you’ve accepted, and the last message sent between you.
By clicking ‘Show details’ you can see the enquiry’s key details, and open the chat feature. Simply type your message and press ‘Send’ to start communicating straight away.
