To access your enquiries, log in to your dashboard. From here, select ‘Enquiries’ from the left-hand navigation. This will show your enquiry page.
Selecting ‘New enquiries’ on the top navigation will show enquiries you’ve received that you’re yet to respond to. By clicking on an individual enquiry, you’ll be able to see the enquirer’s key client requirements – such as the area of advice needed, the method of advice preferred, and their personal message.
Selecting ‘Accepted enquiries’ on the top navigation will show a list of enquiries that you’ve accepted. Again, you can click on individual enquiries to see their key client requirements.
Selecting ‘Expired & rejected enquiries’ will show enquiries you’ve rejected, or you’ve allowed to expire. You won’t be able to view the enquiries’ key details here.
If you’re an accountant, selecting ‘Enquiry pool’ will show you enquiries that haven’t been matched with professionals. You can scroll through these to pick out the exact enquiries you want. You’ll be able to see when the enquiry was sent, the advice area, the location, and the advice method. By clicking ‘Show details’ on an individual enquiry, you’ll be able to see additional information, such as the accounting frequency, and have the opportunity to accept the enquiry.
