If you’re on holiday, in meetings, or not looking for new clients at the moment, you can pause your enquiries. To activate this feature, log in to your dashboard. From here, select ‘Settings’ from the left-hand navigation.
This will show you your account settings. By clicking the ‘Enquiry settings’ tab, you can turn on this feature.
We recommend doing this when you’re unable to respond to enquiries, as not responding to enquiries will affect your Response Rating. To find out more about your Response Rating, click here.
