To access your enquiries, log in to your dashboard. From here, select ‘Messages’ from the left-hand navigation. This will show your enquiry page.
Selecting ‘New’ on the top navigation will show enquiries you’ve received that you’re yet to respond to. By clicking on an individual enquiry, you’ll be able to see the enquirer’s key client requirements – such as the area of advice needed, the method of advice preferred, and their personal message.
Selecting ‘Accepted’ will on the top navigation will show a list of enquiries that you’ve accepted. Again, you can click on individual enquiries to see their key client requirements.
Selecting ‘Rejected’ will show enquiries you’ve rejected, and ‘Expired’ will show enquiries that you’ve let expire. You won’t be able to view the enquiries’ key details here.
