Another way to attract more enquiries is to widen your criteria under Preferred clients (on the Profile tab). If you have set a minimum pension value, mortgage value or wealth level, consider lowering this. Sometimes people are not sure of their asset value or err on the side of caution, and so may not be matched to you if your threshold is too high.
Remember, you can always reject enquires that don’t fit your needs, but you won’t see an enquiry at all if it falls outside your preferred client settings. By being able to view an enquiry first, you may also be able to see more information if the client has provided a detailed description of their enquiry.
