If you can, include both a logo and good-quality photos on your profile. If you don’t have a logo, use a good photo of yourself or one of the other advisers in your firm. Don’t leave the logo area blank, as this will put people off.
A strong logo will increase awareness of your business and brand within search results. Upload this in the Profile tab. Images should be 125 x 90 pixels.
Photos serve a different role by adding a personal touch and creating trust among potential clients. Upload these in the People tab. Do make sure that photos are high quality and that they show you and your firm in a good, professional light. Use only head shots and avoid any pictures that are:
- Low resolution
- Grainy or blurred
- Off-brand (e.g. taken in a social context)
- In a different style from the other photos on your profile
Monochrome pictures can be fine as a stylistic choice, but don’t mix colour and monochrome photos.
