If you’re going on holiday, taking time off sick or are otherwise unavailable, you can set up the Out of Office feature on your dashboard. This will remove your profile from the listings for the length of time you want, and make it unavailable for new enquiries.
This means you can take a break without it affecting your Response Rating. To set up your Out of Office, follow these simple steps:
- Go to your dashboard
- Go to Settings (on the left-hand side)
- Click on Enquiry settings
- Tick the box "I am unavailable to receive enquiries”
- Enter the “From” and “To” dates
- Save changes
You can amend this information at any time if you become available during the period you entered.
