Your dashboard shows you how well your plan is performing. At a glance you can see your number of
- Appearances in searches
- Profile views (users clicking on your listing)
- Callback requests
- Enquiry emails
Other readouts show views of your own website, social media channels and location on the map.
You can use all these analytics to see where your plan is performing well or not so well, and work out how you could improve it. For example, a high ratio of profile views to enquiry emails could mean that your listing is appearing frequently in searches, but is not attracting potential clients – in which case you may need to rewrite or improve your profile.
Conversely, a low number of views that lead to a relatively high number of enquiries would suggest that your profile is great, but isn’t being seen by enough people. This may be a reason to try boosting your visibility with the Location PLUS add-on.
You can also see performance over time by setting a date range. This will show you when your plan’s performance improves or deteriorates, so you can monitor the effect of any changes you make.
